It’s been a marvellous 2016 jam packed with wonderful weddings!
A big thank you to all my incredible couples for having chosen me as your wedding photographer. It’s been nothing short of a thrill to capture one of the best days of your lives and be so welcomed by your wonderful selves, families and friends at some fantastic venues including: Oakwell Hall and Barn, the Yorkshire Sculpture Park, The Arches, Saltmarshe Hall and Tythe Barn, amongst many others.
There have been epic confetti bombs, nibbly horses, stunning bouquets and flower crowns, jaw dropping views but best of all, there have been beautiful moments, touching words, a whole lotta love, bellies of laughter as well as countless dubious manoeuvres flung around the dance floor.
I even joined in with you all in becoming a 2016 bride!
Eloping to the Lake District to marry my love, my best friend, my marvellous bearded man beast, James. This was certainly one of the best days of my life by far and a reminder of just how special my job is, capturing all these wonderful moments for others.
It has also been a crazy busy 2016 with running my own wedding photography business as well as doing a Boaty McBoatface load of freelance design work. The number of hours I have worked to keep on top of it all has been beyond silly and having enough spare time to spend with my family and friends has been a struggle. Which is why for 2017 I have turned down any more freelance design to dedicate all my working time to my wedding photography and make some time to spend with the people I love.
So I present to you a few of my favourite images from this past year and must admit I’m feeling as giddy as a fox in a bobble hat for 2017’s adventures with more amazing love struck couples.
It has been a great year for wedding photography Yorkshire UK at Fox Tail Photography.
